Florinda Ramos, a proud native of Puerto Rico, discovered her passion for helping others early in life. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and began her career in service with Centro Sor Isolina Ferrer. Throughout her career, Florinda has dedicated herself to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, reflecting her deep compassion and belief in empowering others. Since joining Centro de la Familia in 2015, she has spent the past ten years supporting families and children through comprehensive family engagement services. In her role as Senior Family Partnership Specialist, she provides guidance and support to home visitors, helping strengthen family well-being and promote healthy child development.
