Diana Arellano began her journey with Centro in 2017 as a Family Service Specialist, working one-on-one with families. She later served as a Family Partnership Specialist, supporting Family Support Specialists across the region, and now holds the role of Southern Utah and Nevada Area Manager.
Coming from an agricultural background, Diana's parents spent many years working as farmworkers—a path she also followed while attending college. These early experiences make her work at Centro especially meaningful, as she now witnesses firsthand the positive impact that Head Start has on families like her own. Passionate about creating change, Diana finds deep fulfillment in seeing how Centro’s efforts support and uplift the children and families they serve. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work.
