Born and raised in the San Luis Valley, Fred is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over 16 years of experience in Head Start as a Facilities and Transportation Manager. He joined Centro in 2023 as the Facilities and Transportation Manager for Colorado, where he oversees projects and supports staff across the state. A dedicated husband and father of four, he enjoys playing softball, gardening, woodworking, exploring the mountains, and most of all, spending time with his family.
