Javier Campos

Senior Community Program Specialist

Born and raised in Columbia Javier now holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social work and Teaching Spanish, as well as a Masters degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health and Global Social Work from the University of Utah.

Javier has worked with Centro’s Youth, Adult, and Family outreach programs for the past seven years. During this time, he has demonstrated a commitment and passion to serve the Latino Community while making use of his strong social work background to provide the best services to at-risk families.

Javier married his eternal companion and has two children.  He loves poetry, cooking, and writing. In his free time, he likes to hang out with family and travel. He considers it a great blessing to have had the opportunity to live and visit different countries.
