Diana Arellano

Family Partnership Specialist

Diana Arellano is the Family Partnership Specialist working with the Family Partnerships and Community Manager, where she works closely with the Family Service Specialists to monitor program services and assists in reviewing applications, eligibility requirements, enrollment procedures, parent involvement, etc. Diana began working for Centro a year ago as a Family Service Specialist (FSS). As an FSS she worked to provide families with a support system through referrals for education, health and other social services.

Mrs. Arellano received a BA in Social work and Spanish from California State University Sacramento where she developed a strong sense of devotion to helping families improve their lives. Diana moved to Utah from California over a year ago where she worked as a youth counselor for Encompass Community Services, in a residential substance treatment program, supporting adolescents struggling with drug and alcohol addictions.

Diana was born in Michoacán, Mexico and moved to California, where she lived for 16 years before moving to Utah. She enjoys going hiking, running, photography, spending time with family and friends and watching sunsets.
