Esthefany Aguilar

Family Community Partnership and Disabilities Manager

Esthefany is the Family Community Partnership and Disabilities Manager. She oversees all family services, parent engagement, services for children with special needs, and mental health observations.

Prior to working at Centro Esthefany worked for the Division of Child and Family Services as a caseworker, serving primarily Spanish-speaking families from various countries. She served in the Bridges program providing ABA therapy and assisting preschool classes for children with autism and developmental delays in Utah County. She volunteered as an intern at the Family Support and Treatment Center serving children in situations of domestic violence, divorce, and extreme poverty.

Originally from Mexico City Esthefany’s primary language is Spanish but she is perfectly bilingual. She has a BS in Family Life Science with an emphasis on Human Development from Brigham Young University and she enjoys spending time with her family as well as exercising on a regular basis.
