  • Genola: Center Aide

    Under the supervision of the center Education Specialist, possesses the ability and willingness to provide assistance to various areas as assigned. Primary duties will be assisting in the classroom, on the playground, and other areas around the center to ensure health, safety and promote school readiness. Secondary duties may include support to the cook, office manager, family service specialist, and disabilities specialist. Qualifications: The minimum requirement is that the individual be 18 years of age.  This is an entry-level position requiring no previous education or experience. HS/GED is highly preferred.  Current and former Early Head Start and Head Start parents will receive preference for employment vacancies for which they are qualified.  CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
